This material is comprised of pure, expanded PTFE that is crafted in a unique construction that includes a round cross sections, and a core that is double braided. This creates a conformable, yet firm packing that handles higher pressure over competitive products.

Applications

This type of packing material is most used within valves, and conforms easily even to worn valve stems. It can also be used within stuffing boxes and forms a very high density packing when compressed. It will also handle virtually all chemicals in the 0 - 14 pH range.
