Description:
This gasket material is made with a Carbon Fiber and with an Nitrile (NBR) Binder. It is a multi-service, premium grade gasket material, easily cut cleanly and designed to withstand extreme levels of temperature and pressure. Because of this, it has a long-lasting seal and minimizes creep relaxation and cold flow issues. It is manufactured through the hot calendar process under rigorous quality control standards that are registered under ISO- 9001 certification.
Applications
Excelling in some of the harshest condition, ensures there are a multitude of applications which makes this ideal for plants to standardize on one sheets to avoid the confusion of having to choose different sheets for different applications. This material is commonly used within chemical and hydrocarbon processing services and within power generation processes. This material is ideal for standard ANSI flanged connectors.
